Terms & Conditions

The only condition MHRD places on the use of the website is that you enjoy it, whether you're buying or browsing!

What you need to know

We may not be able to accept your order if:

• Authorisation of your payment failed
• You have order an item that requires you to be 18 or over and you have not entered you D.O.B in the relevant area when completing your order details.

In either case we will contact you to let you know why your order has not been accepted.

Cancellation of order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order contact us.

If your order has not yet been despatched then you will be refunded the full total of your invoice.  However if your order has been despatched, once you receive your order through the post please return it to us at: Mountain High River Deep, 13a St Pauls Terrace, West Pelton, Stanley, Co.Durham, DH9 6RU and make sure that the parcel is adequately insured for its value (in case of loss or damage). Please note that we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage in this case.

Delivery & Timescales

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforseen factors.  Please see delivery and returns for more information.

MHRD are not held responsible for any unforseeable losses you suffer in relation to goods ordered and if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or delayed.  We always check for quality, correct sizing,etc before despatch. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.

Product Availability

At MHRD we do our upmost to avoid disappointment and aim to ensure product availablity wherever possible, however all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. If an item is out of stock we can contact you via email or telephone once the item becomes available again - please contact us with your details if you wish us to do so.

Product Information

Any information regarding sizing,weight,descriptions, etc. is approx., however we endeavour to make all item descriptions as accurate as possible. Construction details can be at variance to the specifications if the manufacturers modify or improve any article during its lifetime.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice due to possible fluctuations in manufacturer costs, VAT or international exchange rates, etc.  Should any price increase occur you will be notified wherever possible.

We strive to offer the best service possible, however, should you happen to find the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere (including any delivery costs) we will do our best to price match.
