Here at MHRD we pride ourselves on our rapid despatch services. Any orders placed before 4pm will be despatched the same day. (Please note however, if you require Express 48 we must receive your order by 12noon).

Our postage and packaging prices are as follows:

up to 500g	£3.95	1-2 working days Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
up to 1kg	£4.95	1-2 working days Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
up to 2kg	£5.95	3-5 working days Royal Mail Standard Parcels
up to 4kg	£7.95	3-5 working days Royal Mail Standard Parcels
up to 10kg	£12.95	3-5 working days Royal Mail Standard Parcels

Special Delivery : £5.00 supplement on top of standard prices for guaranteed 48 hour delivery. (No deliveries on a Sunday).

Delivery & Timescales

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforseen factors. MHRD are not held responsible for any unforseeable losses you suffer in relation to goods ordered and if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or delayed. We always check for quality, correct sizing,etc before despatch. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase. Please contact us to arrange return of the item.
